    If you're not sure whether a surface is suitable, just ask! Some materials like painted wood require lower pressure and a soft-wash approach.

  • Not when done by trained professionals. We adjust water pressure, nozzle angle, and chemical mix based on each surface. Older or damaged surfaces get a soft-wash (low pressure + detergent) instead. We always inspect before we start.

  • In Salmon Arm's climate — with plenty of moisture, pollen, mould, and algae — we recommend once a year for siding and decks, and every 1–2 years for driveways and concrete. North-facing surfaces tend to collect moss and algae faster and may need more frequent attention.

  • No, you don't need to be there. We just ask that pets are kept inside, vehicles are moved from the driveway, and outdoor furniture is accessible.

  • Yes — this is one of our most common requests in the Shuswap area. We use a low-pressure soft-wash with a biodegradable algaecide to kill and remove moss, algae, and lichen without damaging roofing materials or decking.

  • Yes — Clean, Drain, Dry is something we take seriously in the Shuswap. We offer a thorough wash of hulls, trailers, and bilge-accessible areas. We recommend a wash before launching in any new body of water to stay compliant with BC regulations.

  • We use lower pressure settings and keep appropriate distance from seals, slide seams, and decals. We do not pressure wash directly at rubber seals or windows. We're experienced with fibreglass, painted aluminium, and metal RV exteriors.

  • Our main season runs spring through fall, which is when we're fully booked and operating at capacity. We do offer a limited number of appointments in winter for jobs that can't wait — such as commercial cleaning or equipment that needs to be turned around quickly. Winter bookings are subject to temperature conditions, as we pause outdoor work during freezing weather to avoid ice hazards. Contact us and we'll let you know what's available.

  • You can call, text, or email us to discuss the area you'd like cleaned. We provide free, no-obligation estimates. For larger commercial or agricultural jobs, we prefer a quick on-site visit to give you an accurate price.

  • A residential driveway takes 30–60 minutes. A full home exterior wash typically takes 2–4 hours depending on size. Commercial and equipment jobs vary widely — we'll give you a time estimate with your quote so you can plan accordingly.

  • We offer seasonal promotions in spring and fall, referral discounts for customers who send us new clients, and reduced rates on multi-service visits (e.g., driveway + deck + siding booked together). Maintenance contract clients also get priority scheduling and a discounted rate.
